Twin Extruder: Professional screw design makes polymer micro-foam plasticization uniformity and great output. We use Fuji convertor which has stable rotation ensures extruder and auxiliary machine simultaneously working.

Vacuum Sizing Table: Special cooling system which increases the vortex flow makes good cooling and sizing effect. We can choose 4 meters, 6 meters 8 meters or 10 meters sizing table and so on according to different molds to meet the high speed extruding requirement.

Haul-off Machine: We use our unique lift technology which has stable performance, good reliable and big traction features.

Cutting Machine: It is synchronous with the haul-off machine. The features are reasonable design, stable working, automatic fixed-length cutting and equipping with dust collection equipment.
